Idaho Apartment Association

The Idaho Apartment Association (IAA) is a trade association dedicated to supporting and strengthening Idaho's rental housing industry. As the official affiliate of the National Apartment Association (NAA) in Idaho, the IAA serves as a recognized leader and voice for the apartment industry. Its mission is to protect the interests of property owners and managers through advocacy, education, and networking.

The association provides professional development and certification programs, hosts educational events, and fosters networking opportunities within the community. It guides the industry in the legislative arena and offers valuable resources, including IAA Legal Documents. The IAA aims to be a credible source of information and training for all owners of apartment homes, from single-family properties to large Real Estate Investment Trusts, and their partners. The association also promotes a "Members Using Members" (M.U.M.'s) culture to encourage collaboration and mutual success among its members. Its membership represents companies that own or manage over 30,000 apartment homes.
