  Gary Morean was a contracted attorney for our company. He was there to supply legal advice and represent if necessary. I had confided in him about my divorce case. I talked with him on serious issues and very personal information. Gary gave me advise and at the time I could not afford him. Gary turned right around and is now representing my ex wife. Gary is now using the information I confided in him with against me. He has an open complaint with the Washington State Bar Association.

  Of a $5000 retainer $4000 is gone and nothing has been done for me in my divorce / custody process. Giant waste of money and time! If you have unlimited money to waste this is the place to call, but as with most attorneys they don't care about the people who hire them just about their money.

  I am very impressed by Attorney Steve Natwick and his ability to make an appointment the very next day. Their office is an old converted church, complete with the steeple. The inside has been remodeled beautifully.

  Recently was saved by Mr. Kupka managing to get a rather nasty ticket deferred from an accident I was involved in back in June. I say good value because in the long run paying for a good attorney pays off when it comes to insurance. Erik was nothing but kind and professional as we worked our way through this stressful ordeal, huge weight off of my shoulders thanks to his expertise.

  Horrible experience with Mr Dunkeson & had no clue what was happening with my case almost 8 months in! I had asked for things he never talked to me about & I also asked for in person meeting from Nov 2023-April 2024 without ever having a meeting set. His idea of a meeting was talking in a public hallway of the courthouse. 10 minutes prior to my court date! When I asked what was happening, he always told me I don't know. I've emailed the prosecutor and he doesn't answer! I sent all the info, photos, videos & more that he asked for & never got a response! In almost a year I had 1 phone call (he didn't follow thru on what he said) 10 min PUBLIC meeting in the busy hallway of the courthouse before court & 1 email asking me for info that he never confirmed he received! Final straw Was missing a court date and having a warrant issued! mr. Dunkeson stated to me "he's busy with other clients & it isn't his responsibly to inform me of a warrant or return my calls in regards to said warrant! I was not explained the process with this court, nor was communication, reliable, or consistent!!! Many times I requested to speak with somebody above him or a partner with no response or return phone call or return email! If you're assigned this attorney, I would definitely fight to get somebody else!! This was a horrible experience, and I was told I'm looking at 21 months in jail for an animal at large case! Now that I have a new attorney I have much less stress, anxiety & feel confident the new person has my best interest in mind!! Plus I know what's going on with my case!!!

  If I could give them a zero I would give them a 0, extremely unprofessional hostile confrontational voices, extremely condescending, please don't use this law firm. They also don't answer responses.

  I can't thank Mr. Kupka enough for helping me get squatters out of my house. I had no idea what to do, and it was a really stressful situation, but he walked me through everything step by step and always kept me updated. He got the job done quickly and made the whole process a lot easier than I expected. If you need a lawyer who's honest, dependable, and knows what they're doing, I highly recommend this firm.
