  I met Mr. Piccione after meeting with 4 other attorneys relating to my legal needs. After filing for divorce I found myself in a high conflict family court dispute that through protective orders had become criminal in nature. There were several false allegations, absurd number of attempts to get a protective order against me, and then weaponization of the order once it finally snuck through the system. The sheer size of the case file and disorganization scared off most of the attorneys, the rest quoted me an unreasonable fee. Mr. Piccione with his passion for criminal law, relationships built through multi decade exemplary career, and attention to detail was uniquely suited for my case. He took my case with a reasonable fee and got straight to work. He maintained contact only when he needed information or documents from me. I was innocent of the allegations but due to the climate of "me too" and high profile cases I feared that trial was the only way to prove this. The desperation of dealing with false allegations and being strung out in the legal system with never ending court dates had left me pessimistic and angry. Mr. Piccione not only read ALL of the documents but after gaining a full understanding of the manipulation and lies that I have lived through the past several years, he was able to meet me at the emotional state i was in, something no one had been willing to take the time to do. He was able to get the charges dismissed without a need for a drawn out trial. I can't praise him or his skill set enough. I'm a client and friend for life.
