Contacted them via email and telephone with questions. They did not want to answer my questions adequately and have a pompous rude attitude. They really need to work on their communication and customer service skills. Don't get irritated because victims have questions. These cases been going on for years. Now that it is coming to an end be transparent. Is that so hard?? Geesh!!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Sent check to old address on 5/30/26, I emailed them the new address on 9/29/25. Now they saying that they can't find the address and that they needed more proof which I been sent them. I got screenshots of everything, including the email that they sent me about the date that the check was mailed out on. Now they will not email me back or anything. This is bull!!!

Was part of the supposed Blue Cross blue shield settlement apparently the only people that got any form of payment were these lawyers. They sent me a form displaying the amount they claimed I overpaid for 8 years. Apparently it equalled $5.00. Never let these people represent you or anyone you care about. The whole deal of waiting 5 years to find out you get nothing but a slap is ridiculous. This proves what I've always thought lawyers are liars and con artists.

I should have looked up this law firm before I joined their BCBS class action. They get a bunch of people to sign up, then when it's settled, they send out an email saying that my claim falls below the threshold hidden in their fine print, so they will not be sending me any money. How convenient for them.

I also would give 0 stars if I could! They don't answer their phone or respond to your email. If they do respond (firstly, I needed an address change) they do the address change BUTTTT the distribution department NEVER responds to "where's the money" yeah, I too was also issued a check in May 2026, (yeah right!) again they didn't change the information in the computer still says I was paid. NOT!!! They will not disclose the amount because they are not sending it. Yeah it must be $5.00, I can't believe a law firm as large as they are can get away with this complete and utter BS!! That's exactly what that is!!
