Mr.Bryan I am subscribed to your utube channel. Saw the St. Marys post on utube. It really upset me seeing the injuries Mr. Allen received. Justice will be done concerning this incident with you at the helm. I am so glad the man came forward to help. I totally agree with this gentleman. My heart goes out to Mr. and Mrs. Allen I know they are in good hands with you. I live in Parkersburg WV my doctor lives and has her practice in St. Marys and it scares me a little bit (I'm 73 years old) that I have to travel by my self through St. Marys to see my doctor. If those officers can treat a Vetern and older man so bad SHAME ON THEM!!! SHAME ON THEM!!! I wondered what could they (MAKE UP IF THEY STOP ME) if I have a burnt out tail light. Those officers reminded me of punk kids not quite dry behind their ears. Oh yes!! provide them with a uniform and badge, and yes they get the big head. It happens. The citizens of St. Marys are good people I do know others that live there.

$6k and I was not only strung along but apparently the courts were sending notices to him that my case was going to be dismissed and then that it was dismissed because of no activity. Never notified me, nothing. Unbelievable. I trusted him and thought he was different and he only cost me money and time that I'll apparently never get back. If you've had a similar experience please speak up so others don't waste their time and money! 6 THOUSAND dollars for a FOIA case and it was all but finished. So disgusting to do this, that was money I could've put toward caring for my terminally ill mother as I had planned to do upon reimbursement. Instead, Mr. Bryan lined his pockets. This guy seems to have taken a total departure from the law and maybe he doesn't recognize his participation in imposing on my civil rights. Those people in your videos John, they're just like you except you charge a whole lot more! Stick to YouTube and peddling your Greenbrier Valley Coffee Co, this lawyering gig should be for the guys who can do it with integrity. Oh, not that he'd recognize it but, case CC-10-22-C-16, Jill Segura v Heather Arthur, City of Montgomery, Montgomery Police Dept.

I truly enjoy watching John's videos and updating people on laws, however, I could not contact him and hopefully he will see this. I retired from law enforcement and by watching your videos something came to mind. A lot of times we would stop people for weaving in their own lane a little, which in itself is not a crime it's not even a infraction. So I am asking you this question because I got to thinking myself, if I was to stop a car for weaving within its own lane, but it never crossed a lane or A line and I was to approach the side of the vehicle, and did not see any Violations of the law, such a smell of alcohol, red, glassy eyes, odor of alcohol or any Other illegal substance Or odor coming from that vehicle, would I still have a right to ask for that person's drivers license although no crime has been committed at that point. Would the stop at that point be considered over with, if I had nothing to cooperate my suspicion. I do know in BLET We were taught, that if you had nothing to cooperate your reasonable suspicion your stop was over at that point. However, we always ask for the person's drivers license, even if there was not a crime committed. I figure that you may look into this and see if it is worth looking into further. I wonder what would happen if a person refused to show their drivers license at that point, knowing they have not committed a crime, or no one they were not about to commit a crime. This would be interesting to challenge at some point I would think

I love that you have a voice for true justice. The justice system in WV needs so much work and you have the blessing of sharing it with so many people around the world. I feel lucky to have you available in this great state!

I find his posts interesting but he is a passionate of going after perceived bad Cops. While I enjoy his content sometimes you have to see a common demomator. The lack of respect and dehumanization of Officers is terrible. A simple hello how are you would go a long way. Unless you have a way of giving every Police officer free therapy. It's a tough profession and hard not to take things personally. Nobody's perfect.

John H. Bryan is an amazing lawyer. One need only look into his Youtube channel TCRL to see the level of expertise that this attorney has to offer. His diligent coverage and commentary serves to raise awareness and educate all of us non lawyers on various aspects of what our civil rights are. If you have a civil rights issue that needs the attention of an attorney this is one of the best attorneys you could hope to retain.
