John & Werner Law Office was established in late October 2012 by attorneys Joseph John and Anthony Werner. The firm was built upon nearly 50 years of combined experience in trial work. Both attorneys are natives of Wheeling, West Virginia, and have handled a wide range of legal matters, both criminal and civil, with a strong focus on litigation.

The firm represents individuals and businesses in various legal areas. This includes injury claims stemming from car wrecks, professional malpractice, and employment misconduct. They also manage contract negotiations and disputes, particularly those related to mineral and gas rights and general property matters. Anthony Werner serves on the boards of directors for the Ohio County Public Library and the VNA Home Support Service Foundation, is the Pony League Commissioner for Mountaineer Baseball, and is an elder at Bethlehem Presbyterian Church. Joseph John is a fiduciary commissioner for Ohio County and is a past president of the Ohio County Bar Association.
