  I worked with this firm for my divorce and had mixed feelings. The lawyer and paralegal were genuinely kind, intelligent people, and you can tell they have the ability to deliver a 5‑star experience. Unfortunately, it felt like they were juggling too many clients and not enough staff to support the workload. Communication was the biggest issue. Days — sometimes weeks — would go by without a response. At one point my court date was pushed out three weeks because the attorney went on vacation, and earlier delays happened due to illness. I understand life happens, but the pattern added up. The billing practices were also frustrating. A simple clarifying question over email cost me $45 for just a couple minutes of back‑and‑forth. I was even charged $19 for an email informing me their prices were increasing. Because the paralegal seemed overworked, mistakes were made — and I was billed for the time it took to correct those mistakes. Overall, they're capable, smart, and personable, but the combination of slow communication, rushed work, and what felt like nickel‑and‑diming made the experience more like 2–3 stars instead of the 5 stars they could easily be with better staffing and workload management.

  Zeb and Carson were amazing! They handled my case professionally and quickly; they took the stress away from my case. The pricing was very reasonable.   Kyle, Molly and the whole crew and J&J law were amazing from start to finish. From the beginning of the process everything was done with integrity, intention and great care for me, my family and my case.   Kyle is awesome, very to the point, and knowledgeable. He's not going to waste your time talking about things that aren't relevant to your case. He knows his stuff. I have not seen him in trial yet but the motion for temporary orders that he set up was exceptional, and I fully expect trial to go the same way. Everyone that I have met that knows Kyle agrees he is an outstanding attorney. I have much respect for him and wish I had hired him sooner. He knows his stuff and he is a no nonsense kind of guy. His paralegal Molly also does outstanding work. She moves through my case faster than I can provide her documents for it. She is also very professional and knowledgeable. She will make a wonderful attorney someday. It is very obvious to me that Kyle holds her to a high standard and she also holds herself to a high standard. Great individuals and staffing. I absolutely would recommend them to anyone I know in need of family court help.
