This team is FANTASTIC! They helped me consolidate my Parent Plus loans a few years ago and just helped me recertify and move to another IDR type plan (based on the governmental changes). I so glad a paid a fee to have them help me instead of following what AI said to do. AI was wrong... go figure! Love the human to human conversation. I will keep using them for sure!

Although the process was protracted and not altogether smooth --too many "dropped balls" caused by staff turnover, unexplained delays, inadequate communication (phone messages and emails not replied to)-- the end result was EXCELLENT. Rae Kaplan Law Firm successfully negotiated a 70% reduction in a long-delinquent student loan on which I was a co-signer. The primary borrower was finally able, after 15 years, to pay off the reduced balance on his student loan and get on with his life without this insurmountable debt hanging over his head. Credit to Rae Kaplan, JD, for getting the job done!

I first heard Rae Kaplan being interviewed on WGN radio in Chicago. She was quite articulate and knowledgeable in the area of student loans and getting them resolved. My experience with her and her team was painless and efficient. I hope to never need her services again... but wouldn't hesitate to engage her and her team if needed.

They've been amazing thus far. Rae is very dedicated to her clients and she paired me up with Robbie and he's absolutely amazing. He stays on the phone with me till I'm comfortable, he does his homework on my case and I would be lost without him. Sometimes you just meet someone with a really good heart and they want to help you and it's not just about the money and this is that place. I was so confused about my student loans and really way in over my head and they guided me every step of the way. Nothings final with my student loans yet but it's definitely on its way and I'm no longer freaking out.
