If you require representation, this firm is top shelf. They were thorough. They delivered a positive result.

I absolutely DO NOT recommend this firm. I was advised that there was a legal case against me in Montana. I called them to ask them to look up my name in the system and see if there was such a case and if so what it was regarding. This is a normal question at any firm. The first person who answered had no access to the state court case system. She then transferred me to a 2nd person a paralegal who claimed that they have to do a conflict check before looking up my name in the court case system. Then she got snotty with me and told me not to call back if I am not a client of the firm. Well, how could I become a client if I don't even know if there is a case against me??

Would not recommend this firm or Dennis L. Munson. To preface, this firm was not highly recommended to us, but we were referred to them after the other Bozeman attorneys we contacted were already at capacity. My husband and I both needed legal representation for a prenuptial agreement. My husband retained Dennis while I retained a different attorney. My attorney was absolutely fantastic - thorough, detailed, fair, and she completed my portion of the paperwork quickly and efficiently. Dennis, who had the same role representing my husband, was unable to complete his portion before our wedding. He struggled with the paperwork, even though the agreement was completely outlined by my husbands company. All Dennis had to do was make a few edits on my husbands behalf, but we had to reach out multiple times just to prompt progress and determine what, if anything, he still needed. Ultimately, he did not complete the prenup before our wedding. After that, he asked for an additional $10,000 - on top of the already substantial retainer we had paid - to convert the work into a postnuptial agreement. As a result, we are now forced to start over with a new attorney because Dennis will not return our calls. He consumed our entire retainer for the prenup without completing the work or producing a final agreement. Nothing was accomplished and the job was left unfinished. Meanwhile, my attorney (who did complete her work) refunded part of the retainer from my representation. We understand attorneys have different rates but Dennis didn't work on any of the paperwork and he had one phone call with my husband. We have also reached out multiple times to discuss next steps and find a path forward, including paying the 10k for the postnup, but Dennis has not returned our calls. Shayanne has been very kind and professional when we call. Recently we called and spoke with Lanna and she was quite insulting and unkind, and kept calling my husband by the wrong name. She said they had been cal
