Kathleen March was great. How can you go wrong with a retired Bankruptcy judge. I felt very comfortable with her and she is very knowledgeable. I recommend her to the fullest. She is the best!

I am a lawyer. This post is not being made under my own name, because I would prefer to be anonymous. About 10 years ago I was in bankruptcy court representing a group of clients and had filed a very important motion, upon which the whole case was based. I saw the tentative ruling, which was to deny the motion. I quickly consulted Ms. March and requested her to appear and argue the motion for us. Needless to say, she won the motion, raising our case back from the dead. She was awesome, and I will never forget what she did. It was a pleasure and an honor to work with her.

The Bankruptcy Law Firm, P.C. was exceptional. I actually left a message on a Sunday evening in a panic to expedite a filing the following day by 5 pm. The staff returned my call as soon as the opened. They were friendly and knowledgeable. The team and Kathleen March, Esq stopped everything and worked with me to meet the deadline - with 3-hours to spare. I would not suggest waiting until the final day but I do HIGHLY recommend her services. Grateful!

Five years ago with the help of Kathleen P. March, Attorney I was able to breath again by filing Chapter 13 for some credit card debt from an investment I made that didn't pan out. With her experience and commitment to me it has been an ordeal that I couldn't have gone through without her and her wonderful associates. She guided me along the way and now I am no longer in Chapter 13 as o f this week. If you are going to make the decision to file please don't go about it on your own. She is the BEST since she is a former Bankruptcy judge.

I needed to declare chapter 7 before a collection account went to lawsuit. Kathleen March and her associate, Paige, were immensely helpful. They asked me questions to determine if my case would be likely to proceed. They helped me gather and organize the needed information and paperwork. Basically, they took the reins and (using my provided paperwork and answers) organized and filed the petitions on my behalf. They prepped me for the 341 meeting, which went perfectly. They are extremely helpful, super knowledgeable, and kind and thorough in what can feel like an embarrassing situation. I highly recommend contacting them if you're considering bankruptcy.

I am writing this review after my business chapter 11 Sub V case has been resolved successfully. In August of last year, I was desperate and borderline suicidal. I am a 46 year old woman with a successful career but also with a fitness business that is profitable and beloved by our local community. In my attempt to grow our business and move it to a new location due to horrendously expensive rent, a greedy landlord who doesn't take care of the building and overall tough industry i am in, i took out debt for a buildout and relocation expenses. Things went really wrong for me as i didn't have enough money to complete my project. I've also made some really bad decisions along the way and want to be honest about it. So in August of last year, i was in complete panic thinking I will have to close down and have 30 employees lose their jobs. So i started calling around asking for legal advise and help. Kathleen March came up in my search results, so i thought that as woman, she would understanding and maybe slightly caring. Oh I was so wrong! Her paralegal was awesome! I don't remember his name, but he was wonderful. Then i talked to the monster herself and the music stopped. This woman didn't even hear me out. She cut me off, told me it would be a chapter 7 bankruptcy. Didn't let me say a word and then finished by saying she didn't want to represent me and hung up. Wowzers. I really wanted to jump off a bridge. I later talked to many other attorneys and found out that this monster had a reputation. She was a bankruptcy judge and was one of the meanest ones. She hater the debtors and believes they don't deserve a second chance. Apparently everyone in the industry knows this. Thank God, I was represented by another attorney (Michael Berger). I now have this hell behind me. My employees are still employed and we are thriving. Please don't take a no for an answer and keep searching. Sadly, most attorneys suck but there are a few good ones out there. Don't give up!
