This was My 1st visit, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable. The place was clean. Everyone was courteous, efficient and prompt. The Dr examined and explained the situation in a way I could understand. I will gladly return for my follow up and definitely recommend this foot practice.

I did not have a good experience with Dr. Landsman or his staff. I will NOT be returning nor would I recommend them to anyone, they were very rude and unhelpful. Even though Dr. Landsman is in my network and the procedure I wanted to have done was also covered I was only told after scheduling surgery that the facility (the same office that I have seen the doctor at) is not in my network therefore there would be an out of pocket charge of $2,250. When I called back with my insurance provider to ask questions to clarify I was given the run around and ultimately they hung up on me without answering my questions. It was very rude and unprofessional and their convoluted billing processes felt scam like.
