  I had a number of concerns about terms in a loan document used to secure funding for my business. I also needed to close on this loan under a tight time frame. I sent the documents to Jonathan Gladstone who promptly reviewed them and explained very clearly what I was agreeing to and the legal issues involved. All of my questions and concerns were addressed and resolved.

  Unresponsive; disorganized (communication, billing, etc.); either inexplicably combative and defensive, or indifferent; and unprofessional. Mr. Gladstone is not your attorney if you value clear information, making things as simple as possible, getting accurate legal guidance and feeling reassured and comfortable that your legal matters are being well taken care. Lacks anything resembling good customer service that a client needs when dealing with potentially stressful minor or major family or business related legal issues.

  Great attorney. To the point with information and excellent availability(attorneys have more than one client by the way). Superb in the courtroom because of his verbal communication skills. It is important for an attorney to convey the situation/arguments as precisely as possible, and he does it. While we all like to leave it "all" to our attorney, this just cannot be the case. As a client you'll have to do some work too, so be prepared to work with him. He is representing you, and his preparation is only as good as yours.

  Excellent! Mr. Gladstone spent time with me over the phone and genuinely seemed to care about my concerns. While his office did suggest I find someone closer to the courthouse to represent me (which I understood) they took the time to fill me in on what I was looking at and better prepared me for my next phone call. A few minutes on the phone went a long way for me. I could not be more thankful.
