My name is Tung Nguyen; a 2018 Soros Justice Felllow as well as the most recent reciepient of California Governor pardon. Since 2017 I have been actively work to prevent unjust deportstion of Vietnamese and Southeast Asians refugees. I am thankful Ms Pham is helping me in this work. Attorney Tania Pham has been the most kind heart and passionate attorney I have came across to work with, became friend and committted to work together to save people from u just detention. Alone, Ms Pham helped at least one person ans now me from deportation as a result of a Governor's pardon. Thank you Tania for not only helping to save life, but to also becoming the most respected mentor ans sister I can ask for. Many people will have a better life because of you and your kindness! 🙏🙏🙏

Tania is one of those rare breads in the law field. She does it because she has passion that drives her. My husband was facing deportation and I didn't know who to call. I received her number from a good friend. I gave her a call and that's when a new relationship started. She was with me while my husband was detained in October 2016 for a conviction he had already served time for 12 years ago. While he was destined, she visited him more times than i can count (it was an hour and 45 minute drive). She's patient and quick witted. She doesn't charge you if she does not believe it is necessary. The fight keeps her excited. She will help you as long as you are willing to help yourself as well. She will be honest with you. When my husband received a governor's pardon, he was already being transferred to TX to be on a flight with 43 other Cambodians to Cambodia. She literally dropped everything she did and flew to Arizona the next day where my husband originally signed his deportation letter. She was able to convince the judge to approve an Emergency stay of removal that stopped my husband from boarding the plane. She keeps in contact with the deportation officers to get information on her clients. She has been my lawyer for over a year now and i have developed a relationship with her where she is basically like a sister to me. My husband was released from ICE custody and is awaiting for a final hearing in 2020. I am not nervous because, we have Tania on our side. She is someone you will want on your side too.

I was in the process of sponsoring my wife to be a permanent resident but we received a letter from the INS saying they intend to deny the application. I found Tania through online search and contacted her. She consulted us over the phone at first and made an effort to come to our house a week later to go over the plan on how and what to respond to the immigration authority. We submitted waiver application explaining in detail why my wife's application should be accepted. Two months later, we received the approval letter and a green card 2 weeks after. Also, Tania gave us a good rate compares to quite a few places that we called. All I can say is She is a great attorney with good heart and dedication. I would seek her service again if I need to.

If you are looking for just any immigration attorney, then there are thousands to choose from. But if you are looking for an immigration attorney and a friend/family, then Tania Pham would be your best choice. She has been my lawyer for 5 years now. I first met Tania when I was detained in an immigration detention center. Due to my troubled past almost 2 decades ago, DHS wanted to deport me back to my country. She made sure to visit me anytime she could and go over what she plan on doing to keep me here in this country. At that time, I've already lost hope and was really skeptical because it was close to impossible (leaning more toward impossible). The reason I was skeptical is prior to my detention years before. I have consulted with many different lawyers and after looking into my case, each and everyone of them tell me the same thing, "there's nothing you can do about it since you already signed your deportation paper." But she was really optimistic and assure me that there are ways to make it possible. And since I have nothing to lose, I went along with it. To make it short, with the help of Tania I was able to get an expedited pardon and she flew all the way to Arizona that night and got a stay of removal approve by an immigration judge. At that time, I was in Texas just days away from getting deported. I was able to stay back, while everyone else scheduled for that flight was deported. Afterward, she requested for a bond hearing and I was out on bail pending my court case. Just last month I finally had my final court hearing and my cancellation of removal was granted and it's finally over (sigh of relief). My green card was restored!! Side note: She made the impossible possible and I couldn't thank her enough for my life back. As previously stated, if you are looking for just any immigration attorney, then there are thousands to choose from. Just know that not all lawyers are created equal. So, if you want someone that stand by you like a friend or family and

This is the third time I have used Tania's office for immigration purpose. This time they help with my mother's green card. My mother got it in two month. I was very surprised. Jeannette took over my case along with Tania. The experience was superb. I really recommend their services. Thank you very much.

Tania Pham has been my attorney for the past 11 years. She has stood by me and has fought for me to stay in the United States. My case was complicated and she didn't take my money and run. Tania was easy to reach out to and explained my case in simple terms. She referred me to a good criminal attorney who expunged my case that prevented my deportation. Tania has been supportive throughout the years and I had complete confidence in her representation. She is currently helping me become a U.S. citizen. Now I get to stay in the U.S., my home for the past 25 years, because of her. Tania is a very good attorney - She goes above and beyond. I highly recommend her.
