They are extremely hard to reach, especially Elsy. We've called and emailed multiple times and didn't hear back or get the forms we needed from Elsy. Even if the submission of the documents isn't urgent, they should still respond to clients' messages in case we have any questions; especially when we were given the wrong information about the submission date and were panicking. It seems like their paralegals don't check their emails or voicemails regularly. The communication isn't always clear either. They seem quick to let go of a client if you ask questions about the fees.
