Amanda did an excellent job of keeping everyone informed of what information was needed and in what time frame. This transaction included a foreign seller and that was handled with ease. Judy was excellent with her explanation of the Closing Statement for the buyers and how to handle taxes in the future and making sure they were comfortable with their recent purchase.

I've been a lender for several years, so I've had a very wide array of experiences with Escrow Officers... Amanda is 15/10 elite. She stayed late on a Friday evening to help out. She did more than her job scope to help find answers to some Solar related problems. She was incredibly responsive throughout the entire transaction. Our experience truly could not have been better- highly recommend Amanda.

The closing process with Lawyers Title, Amada Zalenski and her entire team of associates was the best experience we have had with closing for a home. Our realtors Parke and Jennifer Heffern recommended Lawyers Title to us. We had high expectations and Lawyer's Title far exceeded our expectations. We were concerned about closing on our home in Surprise, AZ., as we live out of state. They had a Notary come to our home where we signed papers and the notary provided closing instructions we could take to our Bank to wire the money. We did not have to worry about wire fraud. We definitely recommend Lawyers Title and Amanda when you are looking for a Title Co. Contact them you will be glad you did. They are great!!!
