Iv been calling them for almost a week straight and have left several messages to no return. My family is in dire straights and needs legal help and this service my tax dollars pay for to help wont even pick up the phone or return the call.

They helped me as much as I could ask for and pointed me in the right direction when I reached the end of what they could help with. Would definitely go back again if needed.

No one ever returned my calls. Only person to do so was receptionist. She was rude. The only reason she returned my phone call was to tell me to stop calling. If Trevor was given my case at his office in Knox that's who I needed to call. Tried to explain to this woman in the Morristown office that I have been calling several times and he is not returning my calls. She very rudely snapped back at me and said, 'Like I told you on my message and now you need to call him.' No one returned my calls at all. One person and her name was Jessica who said would give him the information I explained to her.' He apparently took the day off. You know he needed it because he works so hard helping people. Right!!! I called for almost a full seven days and He to this day never called nor did I get any legal assistance or representation in court. Cannot believe I was ignored and scrolled by the woman who answers the phone at Morristown office. Nobody ever answered at the Knox office or returned my calls. What a joke and a waste of my time. They left me hung out to dry. You are better off researching the laws and representing yourself.

The receptionist/caseload assistant was great! However the lawyer that was supposed to handle my case did not return my calls nor did he answer the phone period. I missed the original call because I work night shift but I immediately called back and was not answered nor was call returned.

Would not answer phone calls or return multiple voicemails I left. I had to physically make a drive to talk to someone. Very rude. Cut my sentences off and refused to give me any referrals to somewhere/groups that would help me. "Justice for all"-- as long as they get grant money

I drove 40 miles one way. They said they can't help. And yes I tried to call first but their phones were not working. Once I got there I was informed they could not help me. They would not even answer a single question it was very important to me. They even said they were aware that their phones were not working and did nothing about it. How pathetic.

The lady that answered the phone was entirely rude to me. As if my situation is easy to deal with. You should maybe have someone a little more friendly answering phones. I asked a simple question and she was so hateful. Do NOT recommend.

I need help BAD!!! Have tried several times and can not get anyone to answer so I finally left a message which (after reading these reviews) was probably useless to do,. I understand that these days they are VERY busy BUT at least hire someone answer the phone please.
