  I reached out to this firm to inquire about assistance with my husband's immigration paperwork and was communicating with Luz V. She responded promptly and quickly sent me a folder to upload what appeared to be a substantial amount of personal and confidential documentation. What concerned me was that I had not yet received a clear explanation of the firm's process, fees, or how my information would be handled. I specifically indicated that I was still evaluating different firms and wanted to understand the costs and workflow before providing sensitive documents. For that reason, I only shared non-confidential information. As a potential client, I found it uncomfortable to be asked for extensive documentation before I had enough information to decide whether I wanted to hire the firm. It created a lack of trust in the process.
