A throughly professional firm. I practiced law for over 30 years and dealt with thousands of firms. The ethics and professionalism of Russell London and is firm is totally top tier. They know the law, practice ethically and timely respond to client needs.

This law firm looks very suspicious. No one answers the phone. Options were given to speak with a representative then phone call j hung up. This happened repeatedly. I logged on to the website and the only information I can pull up on my case is to make a payment with no reoccurring balance report. I dont feel comforable with inputting my account information on this website. There are too many fraud activities going on in this world.

These people don't answer the phone, they don't answer emails and they don't answer hand writing letters asking them to contact you. They would rather take you to court, than deal with your matter with you one on one. How these people are still in business is beyond me.

Horrible firm to work with. I noticed as I read the comments there's always one after with a five star review. Do not be fool by the positive comments. This office has too many representatives. Not a the regular secretary at a law firm . I spoke to the court clerk which she advised me to go to the area where their office is located to see if this a law firm exists. There is something not right about this office. I have lawyers friends and family. I am going to look further into this agency. I will be coming back with clear information

My experience with London & London was confusing, unnecessarily stressful, and marked by admitted internal error that should never have occurred. I was actively making payments in good faith and trying to resolve my account responsibly. I followed the firm's instructions for submitting payment exactly as given. Despite that, my payments were returned to me marked "VOID," accompanied by letters stating my account was "closed." This was the first time I had been told my account was closed, and no clear explanation or advance notice was provided. During this process, I was also accused of writing bad checks, even though I had followed the firm's own payment instructions and had sufficient funds. That accusation was both incorrect and inappropriate, especially given what was later acknowledged. This situation caused significant confusion and stress, particularly because I had been consistently paying and attempting to remain fully compliant. Only after escalation, including a call from a professional connection who is herself an attorney, did the London & London attorney handling the matter admit that he had made a mistake. I was informed that the account had been returned to Capital One because I had been paying consistently, and that the instructions I had been given regarding payment were incorrect. At that point, arrangements were finally made to apply my funds properly and credit my November and December 2025 payments directly to Capital One. While I appreciate that the error was eventually acknowledged and corrected, it should not have required escalation, outside involvement, an incorrect accusation, and unnecessary anxiety to reach that outcome. The entire situation was avoidable. A law firm handling financial and legal matters should be organized, precise, and clear in its instructions. Being told an account is "closed" due to internal error, and being accused of writing bad checks after following the firm's own directions, is completely unacceptable. Ba

The worst attorneys office I have ever called in my life. debt collectors send their file to them., as the person who owes the debt attempting to call them is a fail. They seem to never answer the phone, regardless of what option you press and voicemails that you will leave in different mailboxes and also email attempts. they make it a point to not reply back and make it seem as the debtor does not want to pay on their debt. This is very poor Behavior for a law firm. As a law student myself, this is a good example of what an attorney's office should not do and I would be glad to show my recordings to the rest of my teammates. This is actually a no star not a one star just to make it clear and I will be calling the bar to report them as well.
