Marinello Law was established in 2011 by Attorney Christine Marinello with the aim of providing effective and efficient legal representation. Attorney Marinello, who has been a practicing attorney since 1998, is admitted to the Massachusetts and Rhode Island bars. Her extensive background includes litigation in areas such as personal injury, premises liability, contract, and employment law. She also has experience with education, civil rights, and children's healthcare needs. As of September 2023, Marinello Law's private practice focuses exclusively on serving as guardian ad litem (GAL) when appointed by Rhode Island probate courts and providing civil mediation services through Key Mediation, LLC. Attorney Marinello is recognized for her solution-oriented and pragmatic approach to legal representation and her ability to assist parties in crafting effective solutions. She has been honored with an AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale Hubbell, maintained since 2014, and the Excellence in the Law award from RI Monthly Magazine for mediation from 2020-2024.
