In my professional capacity as a bank trust officer I've been working with Jason for over twenty years in the areas of trust administration and estate settlement. Jason is incredibly knowledgeable in all aspects of estate planning and estate taxation and does a really nice job of anticipating potential problems and finding solutions. He's very responsive and, most importantly, returns phone calls in a timely manner. I've been working with Jason's paralegal, Kristin Capalbo, in the settlement of estates for twenty years as well. The estate settlement process is seamless when Kristin is involved. There are no glitches and no delays in the filing of probate paperwork.
