I did 100% of the work on my Disability case. I made an appointment to get advice. I clearly stated that I felt 95% CONFIDENT with the 2 pieces of evidence I submitted to SSA (2 doctors stating I am unable to work) that I had a winning case. However, I was not an attorney & wanted Mr. Martone to review my case to let me know if I was missing any documents OR if it appeared there was something MORE THAT HE COULD ADD to make my case STRONGER especially because this was my "final appeal". I should have listened to my gut because the expression he made when he read my 2 pieces of evidence was one of excitement that I had a good case. He directed me to the next office to sign a contract. I loudly stated that I was happy I consulted with him because NOW I knew I WAS missing docs OR that there was something that he could do to strengthen my case. 3 weeks later I went to his office for my video appeal hearing with the judge. He said it would be 1 hour, however, it took 15 minutes. The judge stating that it was obvious I qualified according to the pieces of evidence that "I" submitted. TURNED OUT MR. MARTONE "DID NOT" ADD A SINGLE DOCUMENT, PERFORM ANY DEPOSITIONS OR ENHANCE ANYTHING I SUBMITTED TO HELP MY CASE!!!!! NOTHING!!!! All he did was sit there with what "I" turned in to him!!! THATS NOT WHAT I HIRED HIM FOR! I TOLD HIM I WAS EXTREMELY CONFIDENT THAT I COULD WIN THE CASE ON MY OWN!!! But needed for him to REVIEW my case and if it looked like he could add something to strengthen it or advise me if documents were missing for me to hire him!!! All he did was show up with "MY binder" with EVERYTHING THAT "I" PROVIDED! He DID NOT CONTRIBUTE "NOTHING" TO MY CASE! ""NOTHING!!! Then HE HAD THE AUDACITY TO CHARGE ME $7,200. !!!!!! Mr. Martone stated that I owed him that money because I hired him for his KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE!!! What a Joke!!! ALL HE DID WAS SIT THERE AND SAY MAYBE 5 SENTENCES TO THE JUDGE!!! *** 2 weeks after my hearing I met an Hispanic older lady who unbeli

Feliz Martone is the kindest, most authentic attorney I've ever met. She truly cares about helping her clients and the community. Additionally, she is extremely knowledgeable and one of the most amazing things that sets her apart from the rest, is how she educates her clients. If you're looking to protect your assets or to learn more about estate planning, call Feliz! She's the best.

If you need help with anything Social Security, these are the folks to turn to. After SSDI turned down my application, Martone Law Firm took my case. They took care of everything, and my appeal hearing was quick and smooth because they had every base covered. I highly recommend them!

They are my disability lawyers. Well actually they have represented a lot of my family members and won their ssi or disability cases. Mr Martone is a very nice man. When he went to my disability appeal court. In his office he was very professional and caring with the questions he asked me. Not to get to emotional or dirty. The Martone Law Firm is my recommendation for anybody that needs a good lawyer fighting for your disability or ssi. Tell them Louie Sedillo recommend you. And all his family members Martone Law Firm has helped also

Feliz and her team were fantastic. She was detailed and knowledgeable in helping my family outline an estate plan specific to our needs. She is compassionate, flexible, and has a servant's heart that reflects directly in her business.

I am very happy that they are taking my case. They are very informative and willing to work with you so that you understand everything that is going on. Also unlike 2 other law offices I had tried to talk to about my case I didn't have any problems with my service dog being present with me, unlike the other I had forgotten to inform them when I had called for an appointment. I would recommend them to anyone who needs help with a disability case. And I have passed their information on to a half dozen acquaintance for help.

Would not recommend. Told me time frames would be very short which they were not. I called to find out my initial hearing judge wasn't even there anymore. Waited again for another hearing. New Judge made claims about my doctor visit time frame which weren't true and knocked 2 years off of my settlement yet ruled in my favor after 5 years. I wasnt going to argue with her. Mr Martone then called me to inform me he received his portion of my settlement and that we had nothing else to discuss and I should be receiving my portion shortly. He was paid in May and I finally was paid in late August. 5 year Nightmare!!! And part of it was the confusion of Mr Martone telling me incorrect information on time frames causing more stress.

I brought in all my documents and some medical records and it seems like this attorney either doesn't want to work on my case or just wants the paycheck and doesn't want to do the work. My mom went to him when she got her disability benefits decades ago so I thought he was highly recommended but we'll see what happens. Been waiting for my disability benefits since 2015. Had to work to support myself and my kids while they were in CYFD Custody even if I am disabled. Pray for me.After becoming homeless again and asking for one month of housing assistance and Gary claiming they don't help with housing while he expected me to attend doctor appointments being homeless I decided to look for another attorney who will actually advocate for me and my case and work for me to get my disability benefits which I desperately need.
