  When filing for bankruptcy we were told it would make payments for 3 years. After making the payments for 3 years and asked when the bankruptcy was going to be discharged, we were then told what we owed was actually more even though no one previously told us about any type of increase and that our case was being extended for 5 years. We were never told any of this. We ended up having to pay for 5 years instead of the 3 years we we were told. Having our bankruptcy by 2 years has negatively impacted our lives by not only the 2 years of extra payments but also things like refinancing our house. I would never recommend her to anything. Also, any time we had to go talk to her about our case, we would have to pay her. So not only did she make money from our bankruptcy case and the added 2 extra years but also any visit from when we had questions.

  The professionalism shown to me from the time we first spoke with Miss Taylor's by phone reduced my wife's and my own level of anxiety concerning our financial hardship. our subsequent personal visits reduced them further and they have eventually been alleviated. Her responsiveness to our needs, was quick and sympathetic. Her fees are well within reason and cannot even compare to what we were looking at owing over the long term to the government, other debtors, and even caring family members. Which by the way, that's what we now consider Miss Taylor. I am almost in tears posting this thanking about how grateful I am for her time, her staff's involvement, her Saturday phone calls, and her relentless efforts into helping us solve issues that we were partly responsible for and some that we were actually not. she doesn't look down on mistakes, she just focuses on solving them for her clients. We highly recommend Miss Mary Taylor to others in the community that are in need of assistance with their financial woes. F. A.
