The front desk employee on 12/13/2021 was very unhelpful and unprofessional with my questions and concerns on my documents. When I asked her where I needed to go to get help she was giggling with another employee whom was not visible to me. It's disappointing to me because I voted for the current DA because I believed in her promise to help the people of Midland, Tx. I hope I never have to see that employee about anything again.
