  Hiring Miller Law is the best decision you can make! Their staff is always extremely friendly, professional and courteous. During a recent visit, the entire crew handled a very emotional case for me flawlessly. The amount of time they spent with us showed how generous and compassionate they are. Previously, I handed over a very difficult family case to Mr. Miller and his team. He aggressively, and successfully, handled that matter.   After my husband's death several years ago my boys and I were left with two lawsuits. We had a prestigious lawyer from Reno who charged us thousands of dollars and basically did very little. We looked around and were very fortunate to find Miller Law in Winnemucca, Nevada. They proved to be very courteous, helped us close out the lawsuits and their billing was way more affordable.   The team over at Miller Law is above phenomenal, the staff always welcomes you with open arms and big smiles, ready to tackle any task any problem that you may have from a legal standpoint they're very understanding And help you understand and guide you through your legal experience with the least amount of trouble.   Im not one to take time to write reviews, but in light of the outstanding representation, (Jeff Miller) of Miller Law. I am happy to take the time to describe, what a relief and opportunity, it was to be represented by, a True Professional. Life is life stuff happens sometimes.When stuff happened in my life I found myself, in the usual fog of judiciary uncertainty, with an Attorney that was hard to get ahold of Even harder to talk too and had me questioning who's interests he represented cause respectfully, I felt I was in the dark, and speaking a different language. From the moment of my first visit with Jeff (Miller) I felt, informed I felt like I had a n active role in my case, for once I had no questions about what if? Here was someone in my corner, that valued me as a client and treated me, like, what I am.....What we all are in that situation........   To add to my comment below I wrote about 3 days ago, I received a phone call from Miller law that I declined and they left me a voicemail that I never listened to. I bet it had to do something with the preview. They probably want her to victimize me by yelling at me over the phone, While I was laying sick in a hospital, I asked a relative to pick up a check from Miller law for the second time, because the first check wasn't filled out properly and the bank declined it. My relative notice that the denomination of the check was different then first. Miller law should have simply just opened the filing cabinet in the office and looked at the contract amount and verify that it was correct while it was being dropped off and they didn't. Randall Miller's wife Michelle was listening around the corner and decided to swell up on my relative yelling at her, and then turn her back on her in the office and just stand there with her back to her. This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional especially after I paid these people $3,000 to just simply mitigate and make sure that check amounts were correct. these people are supposed to be professionals but they're not, they're just self-employed locals that are only able to stay in business because there's not enough competition to push them out. I do not recommend these people at all. I've spoken to Randall for 10 minutes and have been charged $200 for the hour that's robbery, especially when he's in the office and walks out the back door and burns 45 minutes knowing I'm in his waiting room. Miller has purposefully shown up late to meetings when he knows I'm there and leaves when I still have questions, when one pays for an hour you should get an hour not 5 minutes here 10 minutes there these people are crooks in my opinion and I do not recommend them at all. I honestly believe the only reason why they are still in business is because we don't have enough competition. Miller lawn knows that and that's why they're able to get
