I've been dragging my feet about buckling down and getting my estate plan together but when i finally did, I found and chose Miorini Law because i liked what I learned about the practice and that it is a woman-owned and operated practice, and was encouraged by the reviews I read. After i reached out, the process was so much less painful and complicated than I had worried about in all the years that I avoided doing this. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable, responsive, helpful, and kind. They got everything together for me expeditiously and I finally have peace of mind that I have my affairs in order (even if I hope it will be unnecessary for quite a while). I will definitely refer friends to Miorini Law for EP services.

My wife and I had neglected our estate for some time so we needed a comprehensive rebuild. For both of us it was our second marriage so it was complicated. A very empathetic and informative introductory interview led to a very clear description of the type and extent of the estate services being offered including optional costs and schedules. Drafting and refining the multiple documents we ordered was smooth with helpful discussions and clear explanations throughout. The final documents were well organized and presented with supplementary future implementation guidance included. We continue to be assisted in populating the Trust and converting accounts as necessary. Throughout this process our engagement with Yahne and Karen has been personal, cordial, immediately responsive and totally satisfactory. We are gratefully recommend Miorini Law. .
