When we ( My family and I) first met attorney Moreno, we were in a very bad spot. Our old attorney abandoned us without any information on our case. After explaining our situation to her, she happily gave us all the options that were available to get us in the best terms with the immigration court. My family and I are very thankful and happy with the results of our process. Attorney Moreno. I would like to thank you for all you do. You are helping/helped no just me and family but a lot of people that come to this country trying to build a better life.

From my experience, Attorney Moreno is the best you'll have no regrets. My case was very complicated. I had tried a few lawyers in the past with no results. She helped my mother and myself with everything from the start to the end. Our case was resolved in less than a year. If you're looking for an immigration lawyer, she's the one I promise you. She put her all into helping you till you get the result you're looking for.

My name is Princella and I hold a Belgian passport even tho I was born in Ghana. I came in the united states 2021, I met my husband Kenyan here who is in the military. We got married 2024. My husband decided to file for me before going on deployment. Attorney Moreno helped us with all the necessary paperwork. Anytime I sent her a message being confused about something, she will try her possible best to reply me and I really appreciate her for that. Couple of days ago I got approved for me 1-145 and am really happy. Waiting for my husband to come back from deployment so we can do some traveling together. I will recommend Attorney Moreno to anyone who has any immigration issues. Because she's genuine and the Best.

My family and I are grateful for the excellent services offered by Moreno Law. She successfully guided us for my green card application. I was completing my PhD in Biochemistry massachusetts whiles my wife was a Nurse in California. So we were a bit concerned on how to make a strong petition for our case. Based on our consultation with Attorney Moreno, she provided us with all the necessary information we needed to make a compelling case for our petition. The one thing we were appreciative of was the fact that she was always available and ready to answer our questions or concerns by a phone call or text. We were able to get approved for my green card application within 7 months. I highly recommends Moreno law for your immigration cases.

I would not recommend this office. Do your research before hiring them. In my experience, I felt pressured to pay an additional $3,000 for the attorney to attend our interview. When it became clear she wouldn't be there, she then insisted we pay $1,500 for a one-hour "practice run," saying she would remove herself as our attorney if we declined. Considering many attorneys charge around $300–$400 per hour, I felt the fee was unreasonable. Throughout the process, she was rude, unprofessional, and far less helpful than I expected given what we paid. We got an RFE and she charged us more and more. Most lawyers include everything in the first price you pay and we thought that is what was going happen considering it was just about 4k, but she is for lack of better words, quite greedy. Overall, I would not use this office again nor would I recommend it.

We used Moreno Law for our I-751 process. We had done the first part (the I-130) through the consular in Ireland. Throughout the process Madeleine was very helpful and professional, she is highly knowledgeable and up-to-date about the immigration process. You can contact her with a question if you're unsure of something which is great and puts you at ease, as it can be a stressful time, especially when you're trying to gather all the relevant paperwork. She was very helpful when it came to our immigration interview with info and prep. Highly recommend! (And thank you Madeleine for the work you do!)

After ten years of navigating a complex immigration journey, I can confidently say I had the best attorney possible. Madeleine's dedication never faltered — every document, every deadline, every strategy was handled with absolute precision. She was fully invested in my case, always prepared, always responsive, and always honest. Even though it was a stressful decade, it also became a guided, structured path because of her professionalism. I'm deeply thankful for her commitment and the successful resolution she helped me achieve.
