  Originally, I was leery of attorneys, until I met Mo Haws. He is very down to earth, personable and helpful. He is very knowledgeable and if he isn't sure; he will find out and definitely get back to you in a very timely manner.   I don't usually write many reviews but I had to share our experience. We had an issue with our HOA and needed the expertise of a law consultant that could help us in our situation. I did a lot of research on finding an attorney that could represent a homeowner and not an HOA. Mo came up as one of those Attorneys that was willing to talk to me in the beginning and guide us initially. In the end we ended up retaining his services and we are so glad we did. He is a kind, fair, intelligent young man that has the ability to become a tenacious ankle bitter when needed. If you are in the need of an attorney for whatever reason, do not look elsewhere, as the firm of Morris, Bower and Haws will represent you to the fullest extent fairly.

  Never going to a attorney is a good thing but Mo Haws made our experience perfect. He was knowledgeable and honest and that is sometimes hard to find in a person. We would recommend and use him again if we ever needed to.

  Over the course of the last five years, Morris Bower & Haws has assisted me in a number of matters, ranging from the creation of LLC operating agreements and commercial leases to reviewing and negotiating asset purchase agreements for the sale of several business enterprises. I have worked with no less than four of their team members, and they have universally impressed me with their intelligence, skill, and judgment. Most recently, Mo Haws assisted me in the eviction of a commercial tenant and subsequent litigation necessary to obtain a court judgment for rents and damages due from the tenant. With the matter now concluded and the payment from the former tenant received, I can confidently express my highest recommendation for Mo and the services that he provided. He is exceptionally intelligent, diligent, thorough, humble, and respectful. Throughout the process, he explained the proceedings, the strategy, the risks, and the possible and likely outcomes.   My experience with law firms was NOT pleasant until I found Morris Bower & Haws. Now I know I have a dedicated team of great individuals that meet my needs whatever I may come across. I am so thankful I was referred to them and now I would like everyone looking for a lawyer to call them first. I have worked with a few lawyers at this firm.   My husband and I needed help with our estate planning, and Mo Haws along with his colleagues were entirely helpful. He walked us through the process step-by-step, ensured that we were familiar with all of our options while advising us on what he felt would work best (which saved us a ton of money, BTW), and had everything together quickly.   If you want an attorney who is genuinely a good person and will have your best interests at heart, Mo Haws is who you should hire. He gave me excellent advice, explained everything clearly, and let me know if a lawsuit would be financially worth it for ME, not him. He is extremely thorough and helpful. Finding someone with his character in any type of profession is a needle in a haystack, but I found the needle.
