I have worked with Andrew Joyce on two separate occasions, one for a contract dispute and one to establish Limited Liability Companies. Andrew has always communicated clearly and been timely with his response. If he is out of the office (rarely) he will notify you promptly. Additionally, the client service team helping Andrew's clients are very good with follow through and detail.

Their client told them of a rental and kease agreement in of which their never was. Also their client ignored my warnings if my now ex and hus not so good friends and allowed him to have them over and it lead to his friend pulling a gun on me. I tried to call this lawyers office and was hung up on. I understood that can't talk to me due to their client is eho is giling on me but when a weapon is involved I do believe I should have been able to speak to the lawyers secretary at the least. And not hung up on.
