  I can't say enough good things about Alycia and her staff. I hired Alycia to help me apply for a certificate of citizenship. I was born in Canada but acquired citizenship thru my US citizen father. Alycia recommended that I attempt to continue processing an N-600 application that was submitted 35 years ago but was held up due to some documents that my parents needed returned to them.   I have utilized Alycia's services two different times now to help family friends successfully obtain legal permanent resident status.
