Mr. Timothy Mummert was a true professional. He was the mediator for our parenting plan. Mediation is not an easy process especially when dealing with family issues like custody. Mr. Mummert was a good match for us because he was able to ease tensions between us and enable us to collaboratively work toward a compromise that worked for both of us and especially our daughter. He was up-front, honest and gave us both perspective on the realities of divorce, which helped us to reach compromise. He also adds the value/perspective of being a parent.
