i can't begin to describe the relief that the Murphy Law Group was able to provide me with. I had a renter occupying my daylight basement and essentially holding me hostage in my own home. I tried navigating the Oregon legal system on my own but was thwarted by our liberal justice system at every turn. Tim Murphy was able to provide me with the "distance" I needed to achieve to avoid my doing something I would regret for the rest of my life. He truly liberated me from a horrible situation.

I worked with Michael at the Murphy Law Group and was very pleased with all of his work. I live out-of-state and needed help with a tenant in Portland, and Michael was both efficient, thorough, and communicative via email and phone, so I did not need to make a special trip just for the legal process. He made the overall paperwork / agreement process pretty simple and was an excellent consultant on all legal and property issues. I would absolutely work with him again if I needed to.

I'll be honest with this. I am a tenant. I've dealt with Murphy law group as I had a wretched landlord who violated my tenant rights repeatedly. Murphy law group will represent ANYONE and they are ruthless. But my landlords tactics were too illegal for Murphy Law to continue representing him. So they get a 3⭐️

This is the second time I hired Murphy Law Group. The first time was about seven years ago with Tim Murphy. He successfully negotiated a settlement with an unhappy tenant. This time I engaged Peter Tinsley with more complicated matter. Let's face it, most Portland Lawyers are terrified of Multnomah courts and judges and don't want to take anything but no brainer process cases. Fortunately, Murphey law is willing to fight for landlord's rights with expertise and experience. Peter knew exactly what to do to solve my situation in an efficient and affordable manner. I highly recommend using this firm.
