Howard has the ability to bring all sides to the table to mediate issues, therefore preventing higher legal fees and costs. Contacted Meyers associates about representing me for a real estate closing. I was able to get someone on the phone the first time I called and they promptly sent me over paperwork. I returned the paperwork the next day. I subsequently called them and emailed them a day later and left a messages explaining I needed to have my purchase and sales agreement reviewed ASAP. I emailed a few days later and again no response. I informed them that unless I heard back soon because of my tight timeline, I was going to have to go with another firm. I never heard back from anyone in the office, EVER via email (junk email checked) or phone. I was VERY disappointed given their good reviews on this site. That being said, the real estate agent told me he had never had this firm do a closing for them.
