Attempted to hire for a quick claim deed and requested a quote for services. Receptionist hung up the phone because I only gave my first and not last name after stating " you should just shop around " my full name can be found in my user name. Good Luck to you.

We found Mr. Van Embden to be very easy to work with and very knowledgeable about wills, powers of attorney and living wills. He completed our work in 2 days during a very busy time; we were very impressed with his work. He clearly explained the wording in the documents and made us feel in control of our decisions.

My mother dealt with him for a real estate issue and she loved him. I called back for other services and have employed him for my current needs to handle her estate! He's fair, knowledge and super patient. I can feel confident things will be done correctly even with my the hiccups we have experienced along the way. I continue to speak with him for any problems that I may have encountered and he has detailed solutions that allowed for continued progress. His office handles everything and I am to continue living my life without the extra stress!

I had an excellent experience working with this attorney while setting up a Power of Attorney for wife's parents. They were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain every detail in a way that made the entire process clear and stress-free. What really stood out was their compassion and professionalism. Handling legal matters for aging parents can be overwhelming, but they made sure everything was handled smoothly and correctly. They were always responsive to our questions and made us feel confident that we were making the right decisions. I highly recommend this attorney to anyone in need of estate planning or POA services. Their expertise and genuine care truly make a difference.
