Nevada Justice Association

The Nevada Justice Association is dedicated to improving the civil justice system and ensuring access to the courts for the people of Nevada. The association provides support and networking opportunities for trial lawyers across the state, offering mentorship and resources to its members.

The association delivers continuing legal education programs and Nevada-specific publications. It actively monitors legislation and engages in the legislative process to protect Nevadans' access to the courts. Additionally, the Nevada Justice Association educates the public on individual rights and responsibilities through initiatives like its Speakers Bureau. The organization also facilitates a "Find a Lawyer" service for individuals seeking legal representation.

In 1998, the Nevada Justice Association established the Nevada Foundation for Consumer Education (NFCE), a non-profit foundation focused on informing the public about their constitutional, legal, and consumer rights. The association offers specialization opportunities for legal professionals in areas such as Personal Injury and Workers' Compensation. It maintains offices in Carson City and Las Vegas.
