If you press 1, you are disconnected. If you press 2, the mailbox is full. In other words, don't waste your time.

If you want to be victim blamed and treated with the utmost lack of respect and empathy go here. If not stay away and save yourself the trouble of being re-traumatized.

No communication whatsoever. Just spoke to another lawyer and they suggested filing a complaint against Legal Aid, which doesn't help us, isn't realistic or resolve any situation. I wish the communication would be there and hope that they can do better in the future. A lot of families in the area have been turned away due to valid assistance animals and are left with no where to go.

Las Cruces legal aid was extremely helpful and insightful as well. They promptly attended my legal needs I was assigned an attorney a legal aid out of Albuquerque New Mexico and when he needed to be present for my hearings and what not he was on top of everything and extremely nice he explained everything very well he was just he just went above and beyond and I'm extremely grateful to him and New Mexico league for all their help even though it didn't turn out exactly how I hope their help was beyond amazing and there's just no words to express my exact gratitude towards Mr Pollard and his assistant as well as the first attorney that was assigned to me which was Doug I just want to say thank you and let you know how appreciative I was for your services and trust me if I could have paid you guys I totally would have because like I said you guys were on top of everything even though 3 hours away do his managed probably to get there before I did in I live in town so what does that say that you guys are just amazing so God bless you and continue the good work in our beautiful state of New Mexico thank you and God bless!

(Zero stars)I honestly don't know why they even have a office in Cruces and can't get no assistance you have to apply online which is a joke because apparently they over welmed with people doing it online so they dont except online applications. You call and you get nothing as well. I understand its non profitable business but still in all why offer assistance when you can't seem to keep up with the job or have the man power.
