New Mexico Attorney General Hector balderas. Does not fight for rights low-income single parents. I have raised my child for 18 years solely on my income. I have tried for many years to get my child father to pay child support. Going through Child Support Enforcement you would think that they would also help you fight for the rights of your child. My child is 19 years old. Her father owes $56,990 in back child support. And when I call the office of Child Support Enforcement they told me they had to talk to the attorney general to see if they were going to pursue the case. About 3 days later I received a call back that Hector balderas wasn't interested in collecting the back child support. Here's the kicker it's not about me it's about my child who wants to pursue college now and have dreams of her own. But thanks to the state of New MexicoWe will not be Fulfilling her dreams

Bad communication and needs work on there phone system. I still not heard back from Tammy? Kelly Smith at Workforce has my paperwork at Workforce if they need a repair on there phone system. A paid advocate there wants me to coordinate-,the US postal service for proper mailing address for paperwork that Santa Fe Police wanted me send out for Judge Shaefer. Dist Court #1 please contact the post office for proper addresses to mail court documents. The is no reimburse fees for Dist Court mistakes and they want me to work for them when I have lost hundreds doing this already. This a real statement.

It's hard to believe when u call asking for support being a disabled senior citizen the people answering the phone is as rude as the persons your having issues with. The weatherization federal funding program dose work on your home just to leave you with a safety issue not being able to open your front door the biggest gaps where I'm spending more money to keep the cold out this program dosnt give a Damm if it's xmas and your left with there unprofessional work.As I always thought the attorney gen was there to help the pepole of NM..

NM DOJ Technician: Gina Ray I contacted NM DOJ because of a financial dispute I am having with an Albuquerque business. I filed an online complaint with the DOJ website. Their policy concerning disputes says: "NMDOJ's Advocacy and Intervention Division offers informal complaint resolution services, that are free of charge for the public. However, our complaint resolution program relies on the voluntary cooperation of both parties to reach a mutually satisfying resolution. The NMDOJ can never guarantee a particular outcome". Ms. Ray contacted the business I have the dispute with and I suppose explained my position to them. They replied back to her and said that I had no basis for my complaint, and have a nice day. I contacted Ms. Ray again to tell her that as for my part in this, I wanted the NM DOJ to use their resolution services to settle this. I also asked her if she would contact the company I am having the difficulty with and to ask what their intentions are concerning using DOJ to resolve. I asked this several times. Her answer was always the same: "It would not be appropriate for this office to provide legal advice to you". I was not asking for legal advice, I was asking what the intentions were of the other party. What did NMDOJ do for me? Nothing. I did not expect them to represent me, however I did expect them to contact both parties and to let us know how, or if, to proceed. I am at a loss to understand what utility NM DOJ has for the common citizen of NM. Why bother filing a complaint? All the other party has to do is explain away the complaint or ignore it, and the process dies there. Is it possible to not give any stars? I did not get any service.
