  Mitchell Nowack is extremely unprofessional; started working on my real estate transaction and within a week after I had made all the introductions to all the related parties he said he was too busy and left me without a lawyer 3 weeks before my closing. He said I had plenty of time to look for another lawyer. A mans word is everything; this person has no word.

  Very please with the services, once all the paper work was in everything went accordingly to plan. If I had any questions or concerns on my bankruptcy they were reachable by phone and email (no problem). All staff was pleasant and efficient. Easy to talk to and very informative, I will recommend to family and friends in need.

  What appealed to me when I went to have my consultation meeting with Mr. Nowack was the sincerity. I was at the end of my rope, and hadn't made up my mind yet as to weather or not I would declare bankruptcy. He was open and honest about my options and how they would impact my life. Once, I choose to go ahead with my bankruptcy they put me on a flexible payment plan. They were always available to answer my questions whenever I called. I appreciate their guidance through my Chapter 7. They really did make the process as stress free as possible.

  I had a very concerning experience with this law office. My Chapter 13 bankruptcy case was dismissed because required documents were not filed with the court. I provided my documents to the office, but the case was still dismissed due to missing filings. When I went to the office to ask what happened, the situation escalated. I was not allowed to properly speak or get answers about my case. During the interaction, the attorney became aggressive, handled my personal property inappropriately, and I felt unsafe. As I was followed him to see what he is doing with my personal property he threw it out the door came back to where I was which was by his office door and the door was shut in my face and it struck my toe, which was painful and added to an already stressful situation. At that point, I felt uncomfortable and unsafe enough to call the police. This experience was extremely unprofessional. I trusted this office with an important legal matter, and instead my case was dismissed and I was treated in a way that made me feel unsafe. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution and make sure their case is being properly handled.
