They closed my case when I am still out money from a business that has a bad reputation. They won't respond to my emails, they just don't care. Very disappointing that this agency will not help people that are being treated bad by businesses in their own state.

The State of Idaho are out of compliance from Americans w Disabilities Law from parking to ADA coordinator's equal access in the Courthous's The AG will spend millions in defending litigation instead of make sure State entities are in compliance, for the Federal Money they receive. Lucky Tax Payers.

I will be filing a large suit of an abuse of power within the AGs office. Political favors isnt justice. If anyone has a story I wanna hear it. The government over reach is astounding. Its time to hold them accountable!!!

As an injured worker I was refused access to the Idaho industrial commission. I was told by Deborah cup an elected official that my emails would be ignored and deleted because I have an attorney. As an injured worker I have every right to the Idaho industrial commission and I reported this to Labradors office. I feel this violated my first and 14th amendment.. allowing only attorneys to access the Idaho industrial commission which violates my due process rights. Labradors office will not do anything about constitutional violations I guess because they said they won't do anything about this if I could post this letter on here I would let you all look at it. We need a new attorney general that stands up for our rights let's get rid of Labrador

Opened up a consumer complaint and Darla was the "investigator". I sent numerous emails of proof of my complaint and never received a reply or acknowledgement of anything but when she received the bogus reply from the company that ripped me off broke a contract she closed the case immediately. This office is a joke. Consumer protection isn't what this place is about. They literally go with the "big guys" word and close your case out and are satisfied with the outcome when still nothing has been done and they lied to obviously this Darla who is supposed to be an investigator which she does pretty bad job at it
