Front desk hangs up in the middle of conversation, incredibly rude. Woman hung up twice on me back to back when I was trying to find out more information. Law firm is ONLY doing BANKRUPTCIES at this point in time according to front desk, and does not do any other service so don't waste your time calling.

This is the most professional lawyer and least pretentious lawyer you will encounter, I highly recommend this firm. It turned out that my property is located outside the area Mr. Pagano serves but he spent a bunch of his time helping me anyways. He was very organized and knowledgeable. I hope you do not need a bankruptcy lawyer but if you do, this is the one that I wish I had. Also the office staff were above and beyond awesome. They always answered and were kind and helpful 100% of the time. They called to remind me of my appointment and did not laugh when I called back the next day to ask what time it was (again). If you need a lawyer you do not need a bunch of attitude and unanswered calls. I just wish this firm would open a branch in Charlottesville. A plus plus = thank you Mr. Pagano and staff!

Everything was going great with them initially, we had our appointment, everything was set up. We've had good communication since then, but recently my wife and I had to cancel our chapter 13 so we could sell our home. Ever since we spoke on the phone with this office about this, I've been ignored. I was told a meeting would be set up with Mr Pagano, which never materialized. I was told that I would be sent a docusign. I nor my wife have recieved anything. 9 times out of 10 when I call it goes to voice-mail. I was informed one of the ladies I'd been dealing with directly had quit to go to a new job, but hadn't bothered to pass my case on to her coworker, who was entirely unaware of rhe situation. This could possibly cost me a lot. We're facing foreclosure, and at this point the ONLY thing holding us back from putting our house on the market and selling is this law office. I'm very frustrated and wish that I had never signed on with them. Mr Pagano, you were fantastic, but your staff needs MAJOR work.
