Usually real estate closings are handled at 100 mph, you're rushed in and out. Not here. Mr. Parker was thorough in his explanations. I learned of processes I'd never been told about in previous closings elsewhere.

Used this firm for a will expecting to have a trust. End product was a fairly simple will - no trust - for a very high price. This was due to constant revisions because the lawyer apparently did not keep proper notes of our requests. We brought this to his attention- and the firm's - with almost no result. We paid 3x what we should have and had to watch every detail very closely.

Very unprofessional, appointment was at 1pm and they didn't call me back till 1:25. They didn't follow my instructions on my method of payment. As the seller they tried to close the loan and then told me they don't have the funds to pay me! All-around very unprofessional. Not happy with their service.
