  Wow. The kindness I was showed starting with the secretary on the phone. She actually listened while I explained my needs. Then when having my initial consultation with Susan papa she showed attentiveness with an eager to help. Tho it's sad to she couldn't be my attorney due to personal reasons. I strongly reccomend her.
