We were so glad to have found attorney Chhayal Patel. She helped us in successfully applying for green card for both my parents. It was a difficult case. Her advice and timely response to all the RFE's helped us in getting a favorable response. She clearly has the experience to work on difficult immigration cases and will also collaborate with her other colleagues to get the right answers for each RFE. I would strongly recommend her.

I spoke to Chhayal regarding extension of stay for my parents due to the ongoing pandemic, and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the process. I would definitely consult her on any future cases and would recommend her to others. Recently Chhayal also helped me with the citizenship process and she was super helpful all along the way. I would definitely recommend her for any immigration related matters.

Chhayal helped us with our our marriage based GC application. She was really helpful from start and was patient while listening to our questions and addressing our concerns. She came with us for the interview and made us feel comfortable by talking to us just before interview. With her experience she told us what questions can be expected and how to interact well with an officer. Overall it was a pleasant experience. We highly recommend Chhayal with immigration related services.

Chhayal was a pleasure to work with to help my dad obtain his residency. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable, she was professional, patient and compassionate which is invaluable when working with an elderly parent. Chhayal was also very punctual in every interaction. We opted to have her join us during the USCIS interview. She was extremely thorough in helping us prepare and the items she focused on during our prep interview was exactly what the officer focused on in the interview. It's rare to find a professional that not only demonstrates expertise in their field but also all of the soft skills that make it a pleasure to work with. Thank you Chhayal!!!
