  I've gotten my O-1A approved today with Path Law Group. I've been working with Path Law Group for O-1A, H-1B and EB-2 NIW, which I'm now in the final stages of filing. I left another very well-regarded firm because I needed a more individualized (less DIY…) approach for my case, which is something I received from Path Law Group. They crafted both my O1 and EB-2 NIW petitions very uniquely tailoring each to the strength of my case. Because I was already switching law firms, I did thorough due diligence and spoke with a lot of firms. PLG was great because I spoke with an actual attorney who provided the most value within our initial call, so I felt the most inclined to move forward with them. Deepshikha was the paralegal that has been on my case. I'm very grateful for her commitment and dedication to filing this O-1A within a short period of time. I think it must have been past midnight in her timezone but she managed to incorporate changes from Friday afternoon and signed documents to ship the petition on Friday, which has been crucial in my case because it was already in transit to USCIS over the weekend. It made a real difference given the timeline of my case. While she worked with a fast turnaround, the attention to detail and quality of the work was outstanding. I also appreciate having the same paralegal on both petitions, which has been very helpful. I was also positively surprised by the technical expertise the team has shown. While they may not be trained scientists, I felt they have gotten a good grasp on all the technical aspects of my case and communicated it in a non-jargon accessible way to the USCIS. The final petition was the work of art. They truly don't charge extra fees for emails and calls with attorney and provide sufficient explanations. The communication has been great.
