Marco Balducci is the best immigration attorney I ever had the pleasure to work with. In terms of results, his team managed to successfully complete our case with USCIS within our expected timeline through a pandemic and a change of government. Thanks to him, I got to start my dream job on time and stay in the US. I'll be forever grateful. The staff at Pelton&Balducci are phenomenal. Not only are they professional, knowledgable, and efficient, but they really care about their clients. In particular, Carlos Barros worked beyond contractual hours coordinating with both USCIS and our state representatives to petition our case. As a client of Pelton&Balducci for the last 2 years, I can honestly say they made us feel like family. After all, they even invited us to share a birthday cake with the team on one of our visit to their offices. My wife and I absolutely recommend Pelton&Balducci for any immigration issues in Louisiana.

My husband and I could not recommend Pelton + Balducci enough! Marco Balducci and his team helped us put our Adjustment of Status application together and the whole process was a breeze. Not only did they make it so easy on us, but they were also extremely responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. Marco was not able to attend our green card interview in person, but insisted on being present over the phone just to make sure everything went smoothly and this was much appreciated. Needless to say we got approved! Everything was in order, there weren't any delays and the whole office worked quickly and efficiently. If you need immigration counsel, please don't hesitate and hire them! Thank you so much again Marco, Carlos and the whole team.

I wholeheartedly recommend Pelton + Balducci! Carol Pelton and her team worked diligently and patiently to assist me and my elderly father with his immigration petition under very challenging circumstances. Carol was always responsive, provided thoughtful professional counsel, and showed personal care that helped me maintain hope and confidence throughout the long immigration process. The entire team provided excellent service, and I plan on working with them again for all of my future immigration needs. Their work in helping reunify families truly changes lives for the better, and I'm deeply grateful to have this firm in our city.

I highly recommend Pelton + Balducci. They are extremely professional and provided excellent support throughout my case. I had my first meeting with them in late July 2025, submitted my I-130 application by early October, and received my Green Card by April 2026. Their guidance made the entire process smooth and significantly less stressful. The office staff were also very helpful, kind, and responsive. I sincerely appreciate their dedication and assistance at every step.

We are very grateful with Pelton & Balducci for all of their time, knowledge and care that they gave us throughout our whole case. Mrs. Pelton was the best choice we couldve made to handle my husbands process. She was very attentive from start to finish. Especially when we had to leave for the consular appointment. Very professional & organized.
