My wife was texting and driving. Given a dui off her prescription meds. Not sure if our evidence ever made it to the prosecution. I wanted a jury trial and willing to pay. Result loosing our license to be foster parents. The case could go either way I get that. But didn't fight.

He got me the same deal that a first time offender like me would have if I'd just shown up, plead guilty, and moved on. If you've got anything like a DWI steer clear. He'll take your money, show up late to court, and do nothing for you. Maybe felony court is where he shines.
