Visited brefly and not sure if the lawyer was lying to me or just doesn't know maine law. Swears defamation requires proof of monetary damages even though he practices in a per se state.

Helped form our LLC and provided straightforward down to earth advice on what business structure made sense for us. Our business is not typical, we needed an operating agreement and personal liability protections that ensured all the partners were treated fairly and most importantly that we were protected legally. Brent helped our partnership navigate the complexities of forming a corporate document and an operating agreement that served all the partners well and fairly. We highly recommend.
