It is questionable if this firm can navigate the new Covid environment. You should be able and willing to actively manage their decisions on your particular case. They need to have someone watching after their operations, specifically at this time when they are not working in the office.

Horrible human being. Left my family's paperwork to expire, and never lifted a finger. Took our money and lied to us for almost a year. We are still waiting to get our money and paperwork back. Heartless, because he never even gave an apology for lying to all of us. Worst immigration attorney in Massachusetts.

"I had the pleasure of working with Attorney Javier Pico during our recent home closing, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, Att Pico was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. They took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all of my questions promptly, and ensured that everything went smoothly. Their expertise made me feel confident and well-supported throughout the entire transaction. If you're in need of a reliable real estate attorney, I highly recommend Javier Pico, they truly went above and beyond to make my closing experience seamless. Thank you again for your excellent service!"

was just attended by Vanessa and it was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. An immigration law firm in the United States being completely rude and arrogant, saying their attorneys wouldn't take my case because it would be a waste of time—without even knowing what the case was about. Unfortunately, there are unprofessional people like this, and these firms keep putting them as the first point of contact, damaging the image of what might actually be a good office, but one that gets tainted by unqualified frontline staff.
