Pileggi, Francis G. X., of Lewis Brisbois

Francis G.X. Pileggi is the Managing Partner of the Lewis Brisbois Delaware office, which opened on May 1, 2020. He focuses his practice on corporate and commercial litigation, representing clients in high-stakes disputes across various industries, as well as utility companies, governmental entities, and non-profits. His litigation experience includes complex disputes among corporations, stockholders, officers, directors, and managers of LLCs, with a particular emphasis on fiduciary duties and corporate governance matters under the Delaware General Corporation Law.

Mr. Pileggi also has a background in litigating groundbreaking Second Amendment cases and related constitutional issues for civil rights organizations in both federal and state appellate courts.
