These people seem to be out of the middle ages. Access to justice is blocked by these ugly monsters that believe they have a say as to who has the right to sue who. America may no longer have the right way to go....

Very helpful service but kind of hard to get a appointment if you need one for a upcoming court date. Call well in advance, seem very helpful..

It is recommended to fill out the intake online which I did and they emailed me back the same day; if you leave a voicemail there is no guarantee they will get back to you timely. However there was some confusion with the case numbers and they weren't going to make an appt but it's also for people who haven't yet filed a case so I found that to be quite unhelpful. With that said I went to my appt and of course THEY were running behind schedule although I was 10 minutes early. While I found some of the info helpful when I told her I had already filed she was like well then what do you need help with? Seriously? I drove from an hour away and she was like oh I guess you don't really need help. WTF. So I had to tell her listen I need help with the procedure and next steps. Wow. The only helpful info she provided me with really was to tell me to go to the website to download forms. While I have way above average knowledge of legal terminology and legal procedure and some actual legal work in the superior courts she treated me like I was an idiot. She was like an emergency motion is called "Ex Parte" and I wanted to laugh her out of the room. So I found the clinic to be mainly a WASTE of time. I guess if you haven't filed a complaint it might be helpful as they will walk you through the process but for me to drive from an hour away and to be directed to their website really is pitiful. I tried to extract as much info as I could from her about what happens next but quite frankly she really couldn't be bothered. Honestly I think they should just do GROUP sessions, a two hour overview for new litigants about the procedures with a Q&A after and for people who are already filed and need specific questions and procedural help then they should do one on one's hence appointments. BTW it would be nice for the people that run this clinic to tell those coming down that there is a parking lot almost directly across the street for $10 so you aren't wasting time driving around looking

I went to have a complaint draft reviewed. I am suing for spying. I was not happy with the lawyer saying since there were no laws about civilian spying, it wasn't against the law. What kind of legal advice is this?
