The Wisconsin State Public Defender is described as the largest defense law firm in Wisconsin, operating with a mission-driven and client-centered approach. It comprises a team of staff public defenders, private bar partners, and support professionals dedicated to defending clients across the state. The organization aims to provide a first-rate defense regardless of income level, assisting individuals involved with the criminal justice system.

The firm operates through several divisions, including a Trial Division with 38 offices statewide, an Assigned Counsel Division that contracts private outside counsel, and an Appellate Division specializing in appeals. After calling back to back for a week still haven't heard anything back. My public defender doesn't even answer the phone. I've left more than 4 voicemails and haven't received anything back.

I tried to get in contact with Mrs Krause, not only did she have a terrible attitude, she told me "your currently not a important client, please don't call back" this is a new level of un professionalism that i've never seen before in my life, truly unbelievable. hopefully this review gets in contact of someone that can control that, or get her re trained or something, truly unacceptable.
